Linda Szyskowski

Partner
Creative/Design and Branding/Public Relations/Copywriting


Linda is an exceptionally talented design professional with 16 years of corporate experience, 23 years of marketing, design, and project management experience, and a background in fine art. Linda previously served as VP/Creative Director for Hoeck Associates and is a founding partner of Creative Oxygen.

Linda’s artistic vision allows her to communicate client objectives in striking ways. Clients rely heavily on Linda's strategic and organizational skills and attention to detail. Linda is an important member of the client team.

Managing the Libbey Inc. account for Hoeck Associates for over 10 years, Linda gained solid experience in foodservice. She was instrumental in developing a coordinated foodservice brand for Libbey. She handles advertising, media placement, and new product PR for Libbey’s four Foodservice companies and Libbey International. She also has worked with Libbey Consumer Marketing.

Linda has worked on numerous branding projects including The University of Toledo, The University of Toledo Foundation, St. Ursula Academy, and Sauder Manufacturing. Last fall, she helped brand, manage, and design marketing materials for Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and served as part of the Toledo Makeover team.

Through the years, Linda has won numerous awards from the Advertising Club of Toledo; Women in Communications, Inc.; HOW Magazine; and IABC in Detroit.

A life-long resident of Toledo, Linda currently lives in Sylvania, Ohio. She graduated from The University of Toledo where she received degrees in Business Administration and Fine Arts. She is a mother and grandmother; an avid tennis player and fan; and a member of the Toledo Tennis Club. She also enjoys gardening and fishing in her spare time.

Debi Lewis

Debi is a corporate-minded design and project management professional with 32 years of experience in advertising agencies and design studios. For the past 21 years, Debi served as VP/Creative Director for Hoeck Associates. A founding partner of Creative Oxygen, Debi is a strategic expert, adept at cutting through to the heart of the problem and transforming ideas into solutions that are on-target, vibrant, and effective.

Debi’s expertise includes organizational communications. Working directly with corporate clients, and through long-standing relationships with several large human resource consultancy firms and independent consultants, she has served as the lead design partner on many benefits communication projects.

Debi is known for developing creative solutions that help clients communicate key messages that drive results. She is a specialist in benefits communication; corporate communications; business-to-business, manufacturing, and healthcare marketing.

She has worked on branding projects for The University of Michigan Information Technology Central Services; ProMedica Federal Credit Union; AGY; and The University of Toledo.

Through the years, Debi has earned numerous awards from the Advertising Club of Toledo, and IABC in Detroit and Phoenix. She is often asked to speak on communications issues, and has served as a juror for several regional communication arts competitions.

Debi attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, where she earned an Associates Degree in Specialized Technology with a specialty in visual communication. Debi has volunteered as a Big Sister and has served on the Board of Big Brothers/Big Sisters. She lives in Toledo's Old West End with her husband, Nick. Actively involved with the Toledo Ski Club and the Michigan Alpine Ski Racing Council, Debi and Nick have a special affinity for skiing in Colorado and Utah.

Rosie Boger


Graphic Design/ Production


Rosie is a creative designer and adept problem-solver. She possesses great tenacity with details and follow-through. Her ready smile and easy going manner make every job a pleasure.

Rosie has worked in the creative field for over 10 years. She has a strong background in the foodservice industry. She managed and produced the Syracuse China Catalog for Libbey for many years and assisted with other print materials, trade show graphics, and PR for both Libbey Domestic and International Foodservice and Retail divisions. She, too, was an important member of the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition team in 2008.

A native of Napoleon, Ohio, Rosie graduated from Owens Community College. She currently lives with her family in Lyons, Ohio. Her creative talents include her own informal portrait photography business and crafting photo books for family and friends.
